chore(terraform): remove .terraformrc configuration and related tasks (#146)

- Deleted the .terraformrc file and its associated tasks from the Ansible configuration.
- Removed references to Terraform setup in main.yml to streamline the configuration process.
- This cleanup enhances maintainability by eliminating unused Terraform-related files and tasks.
