PWA Support

Is it possible to add Progressive Web App support to make the service usable when offline? This could also have a small UI improvement for mobile users as the limited screen real estate wouldn't need to include the browser UI.

I will absolutely look into it. Probably once #44 is implemented to an usable extent.
