Theme refine search tags

Hello,
I wanted to emulate e926 "+ -" links that show next to relevant tags when you are searching tags, I was able to do it inside my own custom theme in the tag_list.theme.php file like so:

So the code for refining searches with + and - links has been there for years, but ~10 years ago somebody redid the html generation and skipped calling it 🤦
