Currently there is no good metric for Docker to know if the bot is working as expected.
Describe the solution you'd like
A health check should be implemented in the Dockerfile, which pings a dedicated route within the bot.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could always just rely on exit codes, but that has been proven time and again to be ineffective.
