Downloading Individual File from a Torrent

Aria2 supports downloading individual/selected files (http://aria2.github.io/manual/en/html/aria2c.html#cmdoption--select-file)
Can this be implemented?
Use case can be - user want to download a folder containing ~50 GB of files, but the server is capable of storing 15 GB of data. User will be able to download 15-15 GB of files one by one and put it to Google drive.
