In #945 I changed the TOOLS_DIR environment variable to SETUP_PHP_TOOLS_DIR to fix a regression issue.
Currently I'm working on a PR to fix an issue on another repository that uses setup-php (#943) and I am creating a personal repo that will need this update, but I'd prefer to use an official release version rather than the develop branch to prevent any unintended changes coming through.
I'm not sure what the release schedule is like with this repo, so I was wondering if it was possible to get an official 2.33.1 hotfix release added for this change so we can update our actions to use the new environment variable. If not, is there any kind of ETA when releases take place so I can keep an eye out for it?
