[Feature_Request] Report of connected IPs to AbuseIPDB or other services

I wonder if it would be possible, to report the connected IPs to AbuseIPDB via API or to an external webhook to do custom reports.

Current roadmap:

1. Create integration tests, including tests of the CLI arguments.
2. Update github actions
3. Read config file from yaml and/or ENV. traefik is doing it, we may borrow some codes there. (Note: traefik is under MIT license)
4. Build a new data processing pipeline, updating Prometheus metrics will be one stage of the pipeline.
5. enable-abuseipdb reporting, which should a parallel stage of updating Prometheus metrics.

Step 4 and 5 could be independent from 1-3. Based on my bandwidth, I can only work on them in serial.

The first thing is to add tests before adding new features.

I am thinking the test could be done:

1. start endlessh-go in background
2. start connections to endlessh-go (maybe nc)
3. Check observable behaviors, logs/prometheus metrics etc., depending on the tests.
4. Repeat 2&3 and check the changes.
5. stop all processes.

Propose you own testing ideas please.
