I can create a URL, but it is impossible to edit or delete URLs

I don't think such a major problem has arisen, so I assume something isn't working well, because it's impossible to edit or delete a URL.
During the deletion the system tells me: "Something went wrong while deleting the URL :("
The system is still able to create URLs however...

My Server version is 4.3.1 on PHP 8.3 and Client 4.3.0.
What could have happened?

Solved: ModSecurity with OWASP blocks saving.

II will go into detail to create an exclusion rule to add to my OWASP rules, so as to keep ModSecurity + OWASP active and be able to use Shlink.
I'll leave the discussion open: when I resolve this discussion it might be useful to someone else.
