Calendar date picker?

Hi,
I see that the Date Picker/Calendar Picker is on the todo list as part of Kickstarter Stretch Goals That's great!

On this page I see a working Date Picker under the "Form Controls" section, Date field: docs/utilities/native (click on the icon to the right of the form field). Where is it coming from? Is it in the Beta software? Just curious.

Those are native styles that use <input type="date">, which is what I'd recommend using until we ship a date/calendar component.

OK, thanks. I see that the Date Picker that pops up for the date form field is implemented by the browser in that case.

I opened that page's code in CodePen, remove the WebAwesome js lines, and see that the Date Picker still pops up. Then, I opened that CodePen in both Chrome and Firefox and see that the DatePicker that shows up for the native date input field is completely different in each browser, as it is being implemented by the browsers themselves.

It's adequate for simple date picking, but lacks advanced features like selecting years, etc. Where will the requirements for the WebAwesome Date Picker be written up or posted, if public?
