Above is an image zoom 100%, any idea on how to optimize the image via code html/css or there's no way to do it but to upload a super high quality image? You can check out the video below for more info. Thank you!

You could use a higher resolution image. The zoomable frame just renders whatever you put it in, it doesn't do any special image processing.
