nokogiri gem is unstable

Only one version of it is currently compatible with shoes 4.0.0.rc1 and it has been updated multiple times since. Consider using the oga gem instead as it has fewer cross platform issues that will be needed to generate non jruby versions. Or make it compatible with the latest versions of nokogiri.

Hi there, thanks for opening the issue. We can simply adjust the version requirement to be more liberal and release a new version I believe.
