Introduce checks before creating subpages #2
Description
Currently the admin interface allows the user to create a subpage whose
path field is the same as the path field of another subpage that currently
exists. If both of them has the same root page, it doesn't make sense to
create a new subpage. The interface should prevent this behaviour.
