No GPG Signature for version 1.7.0 when installing via PHIVE #119

the installation via PHIVE only works for version 1.4.0:
phive install psh

[WARNING] psh 1.6.0: No downloadable PHAR
[WARNING] psh 1.5.0: No downloadable PHAR
