[F-R] Toggle option to remove chapter titles because users might not like them #218
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Let users choose if they want to see titles of chapters because some of them see them as spoiler, doesn't matter the wish of the author if they don't want to see them.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option that disable/able the view of titles of chapters
