SG-14707: Shotgun Integration TK_1.2.11 release (#79)

* Engines updates

- Supports Adobe's new installation path convention for Photoshop and After Effects 2020+ releases.

* tk-desktop2 and tk-framework-shotgunutils updates

Fixed an issue where Toolkit applications could not be launched from Shotgun Create after a software update.

* Updated tk-maya to v0.9.9

Updated Maya version to support 2020
