Support for auto-surround

Currently, when the user highlights a piece of text, and taps an "opening" character (such as ", `, [, {, (, ', ~, etc.), the text gets deleted. It's expected in other text areas, but for the context of this plugin, this should not be an expected behaviour.

So expectation:

• When any of ", `, [, {, (, ', or ~, pair it and auto-surround
• Anything else will just delete
