Becoming the new maintainer...

I'm writing to express interest in becoming the primary maintainer of Rush CLI.

Over the course of four years, progression strayed from what it once used to be — and is now stagnant. I've been a follower since the beginning and truly believe there is potential in something, that quite frankly, could only be described as being the block that hosted every party.

I'm eager to contribute my resources and time to addressing opened issues, planning for future development, reviewing pull requests, and updating documentation.
