Phone get's disconnected when left idle

Description

when i lock my phone for a while after 5 minutes of inactivity on my phone the connection gets disconnected.

Steps To Reproduce

1. connect your phone and windows pc
2. lock the phone
3. wait for 5 minutes

Are you sure you turned the preference off? Because the logs still does show the app trying to hydrate your Android storage.

i did turn it off on my phone

The crash is most likely the problem with Windows Explorer integration, like I said, and I have yet to investigate the crashing due to that. I'd recommend removing the permission altogether for the Android app or turning the storage access preference off. Thank you

i did turn it off on my phone, do i have to turn it off on the windows client as well?

I'm not entirely sure what is happening in your case. Even if the preference didn't work, if you had removed the permission, it wouldn't have shown up in the logs. (And the preference seems to work on my end at least)
