Unable to establish connection #55

Description
Occurs when trying to pair new device. Sometimes the devices don't see each other in the app even though they are on the same WiFi. And when they do, and i press it, then auto connect or manual connect(same bug occurs) nothing happens; there is no "initiate connection" dialog box that appears on the Windows laptop and then the program acts as if like the devices are yet to connect. As well as, nothing happens when you click the device(phone) on the laptop.
Steps To Reproduce
- Install apps on both devices
- make sure they are on same wi-fi
- if they are both there, click auto connect or manual connect
