Vue CLI 3 support

I really like your plugin. I noticed, however, that it uses "vue init" syntax that comes from the Vue CLI version 2. I was wondering if you plan on updating this plugin to use Vue CLI v3?

Thanks @rdytogokev! I do greatly like the Vue CLI, but recently changed jobs and I'm not using this as often. I don't know that I'll get around to porting to the Vue CLI, but if you (or anyone) would like to submit a pull request I'll happily accept!
