Issue in connecting netbeans to amazon ec2 phpmyadmin

Hello sir, I have a issue in connecting netbeans in my local system to phpmyadmin in aws ec2 instance. The file selected to upoload is not getting uploaded to phpmyadmin installed in aws ec2 instance. Please help me with a solution to solve this problem.
