dowser.exe picks up and blocks NotParadoxLauncher

Attempting to launch a paradox game comes up with the error "A paradox Launcher installation was found, but it's not working. Would you like to reinstall? (Yes/No)"
Pressing no results in the following error.
"Could not start Paradox Launcher at Notparadoxlauncher Path CreateFile Notparadoxlauncher Path/bootstrapper-v2-.exe: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Please let me know if this is an ID10T error or a patch by Paradox

I'll have a look after work later today. They may have patched something in their launcher

I checked the game. There were no problems with using NotParadoxLauncher.
Looks like a misconfiguration. Try starting launcher.exe (direct exe) to re-setup it. Then try launching bootstrapper-v2.exe to ensure none of the files are blocked by windows (either because file from internet, or smartscreen).

I'll leave the issue open for now

Ran Launcher Direct then bootstrapper.exe. Same error occured. Also attemped to remove all launcher data (both paradox and not paradox launcher) from appdata. Still occurs. Using steam to move the game onto the same drive as the launcher does not seem to affect the outcome.
