`shuttle login` fails. Version: 0.57.3.

What happened?

My shuttle version is: 0.57.3.

# shuttle --version
cargo-shuttle 0.57.3

This is the error I encountered when attempting to do shuttle login.

# shuttle login
Error: failed to connect to auth endpoint

Caused by:
    0: could not connect to websocket
    1: IO error: failed to lookup address information: Try again
    2: failed to lookup address information: Try again
