Use DeviceFamilyStateTrigger with AdaptiveTrigger to show MapTopBar only on Desktop devices with > 600 window width

Requires this issue to be solved first...

Currently height is set to 0 when window width is below 600px and visibility is toggled by DeviceFamilyStateTrigger.
