[Feature request]: New toolbar button to change between HTML and "rich text"

Description

Hi, I think adding a button to change between HTML and "rich text" would be a good feature.

With this, it is easiest to see the HTML written and possibly update the HTML directly

An example of this is the package: textAngular, an old package of AngularJS
