IDS Code and calculate true positive rate

Hi,
I want to work with svelte IDS. So I need working with IDS code and analyzing result for sinkHole attack.
for this purpose I need to run SVELTE IDS on sinkHole attack and find the method for calculating false positive as this paper said.
