Cannot change Wifi settings on UI

Describe the bug

Since the last update, I Cannot change the wifi settings, I couldn't find where it should be possible.
In the wifi settings, I couldn't find the options

If you want to change the Wifi network and/or password, it looks like you have to take a backup, wipe the flash, go through the wifi setup, and then restore the backup.
