Hi, have been using Tab-Sessions-Manager for sometime, definitely is a great tool.
I made some settings changes to support backups and wanted to share use case experience.
Use Case:
Browser latest version Chrome, Not logged in.
User change enabled backup, already syncing to cloud, and set to individual sessions, set backup location.
My experience maybe due to chrome default behavior for downloads as a not logged in user.
User does a restart on desktop for other reason, windows 11 update. (unrelated but it is my desktop steps)
Open Chrome and individual downloads begin and prompt for save each session, it seems to want to go through this cycle for all session history, which makes since, but after about a many many manual save actions into backup location it became tiresome.

Maybe introduce a check script to enable a kill of task or a switch to group history and only autosave future sessions, just thoughts from a non-developer type.

I"ve just noticed that after this change and subsequent issues all my chrome tags groups are gone, I have probably 12 or more to manage work, any chance of recovering those, I just get prompted to start creating groups. Is it possible that when in Chrome setting "Allow Chrome Sign-in" 'By turning this off, you can sign in to Google sites like Gmail without signing in to Chrome' , Off and then back on again, while this issue was active that it cleaned out my tab groups on my logged in profile? As I re-enable setting after I started getting prompted to save all the individual sessions in an attempt to cover access to Chrome settings.

i've had this before i'm 99% sure you just need to uncheck "choose where to save downloads" in chromes own settings otherwise the save filer explorer window opens on each single download or in your case saves of sessions or you can uncheck "individual backup" in the extension settings and save as 1 main file
