Archiving a chat blocks texting for a few seconds

Bug description

When at the "Chats" tab of the Android app, if I archive a chat, I get a notification at the bottom "Chat archived" with the option to Undo the action. This blocks the text input action, i.e., I have to wait for the "Chat archived" notification to disappear before I can text anyone.

FWIW I also have this on Signal v7.68.5, on a Google Pixel 8a running GrapheneOS v2025122501. Specifically, archiving a chat results in an undismissible notification (positioned over the message input box) for ~13s, whilst unarchiving a chat results in a notification for ~10s. Will confirm if fixed for both cases once 7.69 lands.

Based on the similar timings, is this perhaps related to #14451 in some way?

You can make the Chat archived notification last forever by switching in and out of a chat. Previous behavior was that it would disappear permanently once you entered the chat.
