DockKit object tracking does not work during video call #6158

Bug description
Signal videoconference call does not support DockKit-compatible motorized stands such as Belkin Auto-Tracking Stand Pro with DockKit (MMA008).
Steps to reproduce
- Mount an iPhone on the DockKit-compatible motorized stand;
- Dock front LED indicates Solid Green, motion tracking is enabled;
- Start a Signal IM call with the front camera video
Actual result: Phone does not follow the location of the video subject during a call.
Expected result: Phone follows the location of the video subject during a call.
Device info
Tested with iPhone 15 Pro placed on Belkin Auto-Tracking Stand Pro with DockKit (MMA008).
