 fails with latest nginx 1.27.3

Trying to build against the latest nginx version

I am getting the error 

```
ERROR: unable to select packages:
  nginx-module-sigsci-nxo-1.27.3 (no such package):
    required by: world[nginx-module-sigsci-nxo-1.27.3]
```
