filter gaps in to_signal function #33
Description
Observed (truth data) may have some reporting gaps for some locations, as seen in our example monthly hospitalizations data.
Perhaps we can provide an option for users to remove those gaps by adding an argument to the to_signal function like remove_gaps = TRUE.
An option to explore when we have time.
