After upgrade all non admins permission denied

Hello!

We have been running a quite old siptrack installation. We are now trying to upgrade in an isolated test environment, upgrade seems to work fine however non admins when they access the webinterface and have signed in successfully get greeted by the message:

Permission Denied
Action not permitted.

They cant view anything but their user profile.

Users with admin role does not have this problem. Is there some place to set permissions on the view in siptrack?

We re-added the permission on our default view(as admin) and it now works again

@izeen sorry I got to you late but were you using LDAP or AD as auth back end? Because this issue has come up and our workaround has been to use the link in the user manager "sync users from ad server" and after that the issue goes away.

But I have also noted that this doesn't always help and heard from sysadmins managing siptrack that they've had to re-do all the permissions just like you did.

This sounds really bad, I wish I knew why it happens. I also wish I had the time to look closer at it.
