Add `fork` command

Supersedes #132 and deprecates clone --fork

This command will make the fork process more concise.

1. clone foreign repository
2. fork it on the platform
3. one of the following
   a. rename origin as upstream and add forked repo as origin(names can be changed)
   b. clone the forked repository to another file
