Now that #342 is merged, we want to run its tests in GHA CI. We plan to run them against staging, so we'll need to set appropriate env vars for LFMERGE_LANGUAGE_DEPOT_HG_PUBLIC_HOSTNAME et al. We'll also need to create a GitHub secret to store the testing password for the staging environment.
