Enable microphone selection

If a computer has multiple microphone options, the desired one has to be selected via browser settings. It would be helpful for The Combine to provide a microphone-selection option.

For comparison, the Audio Project Manager web app has a mic button on the right for choosing microphone:

Two possible places to put such a control:

• In the User Settings
• In the speaker menu (which shows up when in Data Entry or Review Entry)
