Description
FLEx allows users to add a Pronunciation either as a file link (older method), or by using an audio input system (newer method--maybe not supported by Phonology Assistant). The former is harder to support. (Currently, we only support pulling from Lexeme Form's audio WS, or from the first Pronunciation's audio WS.)
As with some other difficulties (such as reading link-based "fields" like Components, Complex Forms, Synonyms, etc.) tweaks to the official LIFT file format could perhaps help.
Note that our current Xpath engine doesn't do well with attribute matching (using "@"). The only reason the GUID attibute in LIFT works is (I think) because it's simple and at the root element.
