Onboard_projects.py places project files outside of new folder in original location only

When onboard_projects.py has the --copy-from flag set and uses the default location (the Downloads folder), it creates a new date-stamped project folder in the Downloads directory, but dumps all the project files outside of it. (This error doesn't affect the version placed in M:\Paratext\Projects.)
