SD List not showing for dictionary

For the Lhomi dictionary if you switch from English to Nepali UI the SD List on the left disappears.

If you do the same for the Lohorung dictionary the Nepali SD list displays correctly.

@peteroatley, the problem here is the Lhomi dictionary has the semantic domain number and name concatenated. The number and the name both have the same value. The SD number needs to be just digits and decimal points for the sidebar to work.
