Add reply-to address to comment emails

When a comment is forwarded to a site administrator it comes from www.webonary.org <accounts@webonary.org>
Is it possible to add a reply-to address when the email is forwarded so that if the administrator replies it goes to the commenter rather than accounts@webonary.org?

The sender's email address is included in the body of the email.

@peteroatley, there are 2 notifications for comments, the author and the moderator. The default notification to the author of the page or post does set the reply-to address to the commenter. The default notification to the moderator does not. This fix will make sure the reply-to is set for both types.
