Prevent uploads from versions lower than FLEx 9.2.5

From FLEx version 9.2.5 images without copyright information can't be uploaded to Webonary. We would now like to block versions of FLEx lower than this from uploading data.

When sending data to cloud-api.webonary.org FLEx includes the version number in the string. Is it possible to use this information to prevent uploading and send an error message back to the user?
