Check script sample images licensing

Check that all script sample images are openly licensed and that we are properly acknowledging the source and providing copyright and license statements for all images. We cannot use images that are not openly licensed, even if special permission has been granted to use those images on ScriptSource, since WSTR is not ScriptSource.
