[Feature request] Optional sync to subfolder in repository #48

Great plugin, very useful, thanks for your work!
I would like to suggest a small improvement: the ability to sync notes to a subfolder in the repository. Right now, the sync only works like this: vault root → repository root.
When using Obsidian as a content editor for SSGs (for example, 11ty), all content is in a subfolder of the repository (like content/ or src/). Keeping system and configuration files in the Obsidian vault is risky — anything could break the site.
Subfolder sync would make this much safer and more convenient. Thanks for considering!
