_config.php prevents using with advanced workflow

the current _config.php line 10 prevents this being used with AdvancedWorkflow - which already uses the ADVANCED_WORKFLOW_DIR. I assume this was lifted from the AdvancedWorkflow module when it was decoupled.

As it stands the Embargo Expiry plugin can't be used with AdvancedWorkflow - the _config.php needs to be emptied for it to work :)

The AdvancedWorkflow (AW) module already contains the EmbargoExpiry
features.

EmbargoExpiry module is a subset of AW and is not meant to be used in
conjunction with AW, but as a standalone module.
