Bulk action handler messages not translatable #198
Description
Please use translation strings for all bulk action handler messages. They are now hard-coded strings in English.
For example PublishHandler has a hardcoded "Published %1$d of %2$d records."-string for the action message. Please use i18n translation strings for these.
