Enhancement: Make the separator key user-configurable

Conceptually related to a very old issue - #51

It's been raised that having the comma key as the trigger for the auto-separation of tags in the CMS may be causing issues in some languages (See https://forum.silverstripe.org/t/remove-character-from-tagfield-as-a-seprator/1745 for the specific detail)

Is it possible to make the key mapping for this a configurable option so that alternative keyboards / languages can be accomodated?

Hi,
I have same issue for this, I try the "مولانا" for the Tags & Categories but make it separate.
I understand when "و" use in a word the tagfield use it as a separator and "و" is same keyword button of ","
