NXdata scatter axes direction depends on the axes datasets #1974

Describe the bug
The axis direction of the NXdata scatter plots seems to depend on the first and last value of the axes datasets.
While this is makes sense for curves, it's probably not for scatter.
To Reproduce
IMO best to keep the axes in a default direction rather than depending on axes values.
