Broken link to DB Website in Readme

Since DB Netz rebranded to DB InfraGO some years ago, the links to fahrweg.dbnetze.com are broken and the respective content has been moved to dbinfrago.com. This should be updated (and probably also applies to other repos of the Yaramo ecosystem).
