Move JTAG/SWD connector to the back #115
Description
At the current position it's almost inaccessible with a mezzanine mounted.
Move it towards the outer edge of the board and/or to the back so that it is accessible with a mezzanine mounted.
Also rotate it such that the ribbon cable exits out towards a board edge and not inwards.
Same for the BOOT jumper.
