StructUtils is getting removed

Perhaps it would be prudent to remove this dependency before the actual breaking change happens

PRs welcome. I'm not actually sure how to do this without breaking 5.4 and earlier since you can't #ifdef contents of the uproject. If 5.6 breaks it maybe we can drop 5.4 then.
